Water levels are a problem throughout Sharon. How will the construction been done to avoid impacting the water table and potentially causing water problems in the surrounding area?

The method of construction for the foundations is a pier based method which entails placing columns of solid aggregate down to the firmer soils below the fill. Because we are using this method we do not have the concerns of large displacement of ground water or the concern of raising ground water levels. There are no large excavations or building elements that will push ground water to other locations, etc. and much of the weight of the building is being transferred through the water levels to rock or firmer strata of geology.
